Right to Know Consultant

Responsibilities

Joseph Walsh is a Right to Know Consultant for J.A. Montgomery Risk Control. He provides right-to-know chemical inventories to municipal entities as required by the State of New Jersey. This includes, but is not limited to appointment scheduling, onsite data gathering and right-to-know survey data entry into NJ State’s website. Walsh also conducts onsite reviews of central files including posters, training records, chemical labeling, hazard communication plans, and safety data sheets/hazard substance fact sheets.

Background

Walsh is a retired Lakewood High School teacher and continues as a part time consultant for J. A. Montgomery. He has been our consultant since June 2005. Walsh is a certified instructor of Spanish, English, English As-A-Second Language, American Red Cross CPR Instructor, Emergency Medical Response Instructor, and volunteer Emergency Medical Technician on two volunteer squads.
