Susan Kopec has been the Assistant Director and Training & Administration Manager for J.A. Montgomery Consulting since 2006. She oversees the administrative staff and department administration functions. This includes management of training for the MEL Safety Institute for municipalities throughout the state of New Jersey, as well as private sector work. She works closely with the Joint Insurance Fund Public Sector Directors with various JIF activities and projects.
Prior to joining J.A. Montgomery Consulting, Susan had 5 years of management experience in the banking industry and worked 8 years with a financial software company as a project manager implementing and training software applications for clients throughout the United States.
